Summary
Duties:
Performs various diagnostic procedures used to assess the patient's Cardiovascular status. This includes but is not limited to echocardiography (transthoracic, transesophageal, and stress) and cardiac stress testing. May function in the capacity of ICAEL Co-Technical Director, submitting multi-site accreditation applications tri-annually, in conjunction with the Team Leader to obtain necessary case studies and documentation for submission. This position requires an on-call rotation with other department members.
Requirements:
An Associates in Science is required. A Bachelor's in Science is preferred. Graduation from an accredited school of Sonography is required. 1 year of program internship experience is required. Professional certification is required. ARDMS or CCI registration must be completed within one year of employment. BLS required.
