Duties: 

In collaboration with the Nurse Manager is responsible for the coordinating, facilitating, and assessing quality of care provided throughout hospital during their shift. Assist the Nurse Managers with the responsibility for ensuring compliance of standard of Nursing Practice that promotes optimum health delivery and positive outcomes. Functions within the scope of nursing practice as defined by the Georgia Board of Nursing. 

Requirements: 
Bachelor's in nursing is preferred. Associates in nursing is required. BLS is required. 3-5 years of experience in Acute Care nursing, including Nurse Management experience is required.Must possess strong involvement in the acute care patient areas with successful demonstration of systems development, leadership and team building. Professional license with state of practice is required. National certification is required.Candidate must be a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Georgia.
