Summary
Duties:
The Team Leader, Food Production, provides direction in the preparation, service and distribution of food for all areas served by the Nutritional Services Department.
Requirements:
- High School Diplomaà Preferred. Basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and simple math such as percentages and ratios. Knowledge of regular and therapeutic diets is necessary but may be learned on the job.
- 1-2 years of Quantity food production experience à Required.
- 1-2 years of Supervision experience à Preferred.
- National Certification à Preferred. Serve Safe or equivalent
