Summary
Duties:
The Registered Nurse maintains standards that relate to patient care and technical services performed and for the pre, intra and post diagnostic and therapeutic invasive radiological procedures in the Special Procedures department by serving in the roles of monitoring and circulating procedures. The focus of these standards is to assure optimal examinations, interventions and post care while maintaining the highest level of patient safety and comfort possible.
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree in nursing is preferred. An Associates in nursing is required. 1-2 years of critical care experience is preferred. 1 year of Cath Lab or EP Lab or Special Procedures experience is preferred. Professional license with State of Practice is required. BLS, ACLS and completion of Invasive Radiology Specific Certification are required.
