Summary
Duties
Under the supervision of the Staffing Coordinator, the Home Health Aide will assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care and light housekeeping which is essential to the patients' health care at home.
Requirements
Certified Nursing Assistant certification preferred.
High school diploma required.
Requires agency certification in Home Health prior to being placed in permanent position as managed by State Law. Ability to perform all essential job responsibilities after a three (3) month orientation period. Due to job responsibilities, the Home Health Aide position may require the use of the Home Health Software and requires the use of NetLearning and Meditech MIG-Internet Gateway.
