Summary
Duties:
Utilizing the Nursing Process of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating, the Registered Nurse is responsible for delivery of patient care, managing assigned personnel, and promoting collaboration among the multi-disciplinary health care team. The RN maintains open communication and is available to component organizations and practitioner sites for consultation.
Requirements:
An Associate in Nursing is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing and current registered nurse license to practice in the state of Georgia is required. 1-2 years of Medical/Surgical and/or Critical Care is required. 2 years Medical Surgical and/or Critical Care in a hospital within the last 5 years preferred. Professional certification required is required.
