Summary
Duties:
Utilizing the Nursing Process of assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating, the Staff Registered Nurse is responsible for delivery of patient care; managing assigned personnel, and promoting collaboration among the multi-disciplinary health care team. The RN maintains open communication and is available to component organizations and practitioner sites for consultation. Available for on call shifts as scheduled per health system, surgical services and unit policies including but not limited to nights, weekends and holidays.

Requirements:
An Associates in Nursing is required. A Bachelor is preferred. 1-2 years of Critical Care or PACU experience is preferred. 1-2 years of Medical Surgical or higher level of acute care hospital nursing is required. If no PACU or Critical care experience, will have to complete the online Critical Care program within 6 months of hire. Attain ACLS alternating with PALS certification with first year of hire.
