Summary
Duties:
- Utilizing the Nursing Process the Staff Nurse is responsible for assessing patients & identifying nursing diagnosis to plan & implement plan of care and evaluate patient outcome. ,
- Collaborates with Multi-Disciplinary Team and utilizes critical thinking skills to solve problems, communicate and use reflective judgment.
- Participant and contributor to unit activities including patient satisfaction, customer satisfaction, regulatory & accreditation compliance.
Requirements:
- Associates in Nursing is required.
- Bachelors is preferred.
- 1-2 years of Nursing experience is required.
- Experience in Oncology and/or Infusion is preferred.
- Professional License with State of Practice is required.
- National certification is preferred.
