Summary

  • Position Summary
    • The Clinic Administrator will oversee the multi-disciplinary practice located within the Hyundai Manufacturing Plant.  The position will serve as the St. Joseph's/Candler Physician Network liaison to the Hyundai administration and operations staff.
      The position will be responsible for all operational, financial, and personnel functions of the clinic.  Working closely with the SJ/C Medical Director, the VP of SJ/C Medical Group, and the VP of SJ/C Business Development, this position will provide day-to-day oversight and management of the clinic and will provide regular feedback and communications to the SJ/C leadership team.
  • Education
      • Bachelor's Degree - Required
      • Master's Degree - Preferred
  • Experience
      • 3 - 5 years healthcare administration or medical practice experience - Preferred
  • License & Certification
      • Certified Occupational Nurse - Preferred
  • Core Job Functions
    • Working with the SJ/C Medical Director, maintains appropriate staffing levels, both clinical and administrative, to ensure the clinic is appropriately staffed according to the approved Hyundai budget and patient care needs.
    • Works closely with MGM Administration in developing annual budgets and ensures that financial performance goals and objectives are achieved.
    • Works closely with the Hyundai Safety Manager and their team to ensure all safety goals are achieved. Ensures the clinic is in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
    • Maintains appropriate personnel records, completes evaluations on time, maintain retention, meet or exceed unit established nationally certified certification, and reach annual assessments according to standards.
    • Reviews complaints and addresses as appropriate. Offers in house counsel.  Works with HR on workers’ compensation issues and reported complaints.
    • Manage equipment resources and medical and office supply purchasing process to ensure that the clinic is fully operational and staff have the resources necessary to perform their duties.
