Summary
Duties:Assumes responsibility for assessment of needs for nursing care and evaluation of nursing care objectives for patients during their stay in the endoscopy unit. Provides nursing care which is comprehensive, individualized and patient centered. Participates in patient family teaching and provides leadership by working with ancillary nursing and other patient team personnel in maintaining standards for professional nursing practice in endoscopy.
