Catering Associate
Summary
Duties:The Catering Associate is responsible for patient food service on assigned units (menu selections, tray delivery and pick-up, special requests and in-between meal food delivery.
Requirements:
High school graduation or equivalent. Basic knowledge of grammar, spelling, punctuation, and simple math such as percentages and ratios. Knowledge of regular and therapeutic diets is necessary but may be learned on the job. Six to twelve months in healthcare food service.
