Summary
Duties:
Installs, repairs, and maintains the following: all drain lines, domestic water lines, heating hot water lines, chilled water lines, steam lines, Medical Gas lines, natural gas lines, all plumbing fixtures, and lawn sprinkler system. Tests and maintains all reduced pressure backflow preventors. Assists HVAC mechanics when needed.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/ equivalent such as GED à Required.
- 3-5 years of experience à Required.
- Professional License with State of Practice à Required.
- MED GAS certifications à Preferred
