Summary
The EP Registered Nurse utilizes the nursing process to prescribe, provide, and coordinate care for Cardiology patients based on current standards of medical/surgical and critical care nursing. Assists the EP physician in collecting pertinent data in the care of all patients. Provides evaluation and management of patients with cardiac arrhythmias, pacemakers, defibrillators, monitors, and other devices.
Requirements
Associates in Nursing - Required
Professional License with State of Practice - Required
1-2 years hospital or office practice setting experience - Required
1-2 years Cardiology experience - Preferred
National Certification - Preferred
