  • Position Summary
    • The Guest Services Agent (GSA) serves as the ultimate customer service representative for the system and sets the tone for a positive consumer experience by projecting a positive and welcoming demeanor at all times. GSAs are responsible for greeting patients, families and visitors as they enter the facility and bidding them farewell as they leave. Guest Services Agents assist patients and family members with wheelchairs, directions, and other general questions and will escort patients and families to their intended destination if needed. GSA's must be knowledgeable about general services outside of the facility (i.e. local restaurants, pharmacies, etc.) as well as services offered in the building and surrounding campuses in order to assist patients and families unfamiliar with the area.

  • Experience
    • 1-2 Years Customer Service, Retail or other Hospitality - Required
  • License & Certification
    • None Required
  • Core Job Functions
    • Greets patients, families, and visitors as they enter facility utilizing scripted greeting. Assists customers with wheelchairs, directions, escorts when necessary, and answers questions in an informed and courteous way. Projects strong commitment to customer service by always projecting a friendly demeanor.
    • Continuously seeks information as needed in order to assist patients, families, and visitors. Stays up to date with tenant information for the building assigned to as well as adjacent buildings.   
    • Stays up to date with all safety protocols and Codes to facilitate assistance as needed if an event occurs.
    • Follows all requirements of dress code including use of assigned attire for Guest Services role, standing and not sitting while on duty and no use of personal devices while on the job.
