Summary
Duties:The Scrub Technician, under the direct supervision of the LDR Staff Nurse, assists in the provision of patient care for neonatal, adolescent and adult obstetrical patients by the performance of routine and delegated duties based on standards of perioperative nursing. The Scrub Technician functions as a member of the surgical and delivery team under the direct supervision of the LDR nurse.
Requirements:
A certificated Graduate of a Surgical Technician Program and competency as evident in pursing and maintain national certification within subspecialty is required along with a National Certification and CPR.
